Most KBTCC Club Events are held at restaurants or dog shows and in most cases the public is welcome to attend. Please note however, that food is usually served at Club events, so often times attendees will be required to pay an amount large enough to cover expenses. | 2008 KBTCC Specialty Weekend - June 13th, 14th, & 15th, 2008 |
Every year the KBTCC holds its annual Specialty in conjuction with the Great Lakes All Terrier Association show at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois. In celebration of the KBTCC's 75th Anniversary, we are hosting a second Specialty in conjuction with the Chain O’Lakes Kennel Club! People come from all around the country to show their Kerry Blue Terriers in our supported entries and the Club provides prizes for the entry winners. Social events this year include:
 | A free "Hopitality" brunch Saturday (14th) and Sunday (15th) mornings |
| A luncheon & two fund-raising raffles ($1 per ticket and $2 per ticket) hosted by the KBTCC Saturday afternoon (14th) after Kerry judging in the Goat Pavilion on the Lake County Fairgrounds (at the South end of the main road through the show buildings) |
