| Chairs, Tables, & Canopies for Our Specialty Events |
We have some more changes in store for this year in that the KBTCC Specialty and GLATA Shows are being held at a separate location, the Libertyville Sports Complex, which is around the corner from the Lake County Fairgrounds. However, the Little Fort Kennel Club Show, the Chain O' Lakes Kennel Club Show, and our Specialty Luncheon, the 2nd Annual Cheesburgers in Paradise Party and Ugly Hawaiian Shirt Contest, will be held at the Lake County Fairgrounds as usual. People are NOT allowed to park their campers overnight at the Libertyville Sports Complex, so most everyone attending the shows on multiple days are making the Lake County Fairgrounds parking lot their "headquarters" for the weekend, or at least folks with campers will be parking there overnight. Melanie & Rick Feldges are hosting the Specialty Luncheon next to their camper in the Lake County Fairgrounds parking lot, and as was the case last year, we will again be responsible for providing our own chairs, tables, and canopies. We will have to set up our own meeting area for the Luncheon and our Raffle items. Most everyone already knows to bring your own folding/portable chairs, but we also need voluteers to bring folding tables and canopies for our Specialty Luncheon and Raffle. Club Members, please volunteer to bring a folding table and/or canopy - instructions are available in the Specialty Luncheon Donation Sign-Up in the Members Only section of the web site.

| Hospitality Brunch and Specialty Luncheon LOCATION |
Now that the Lake County Fairgrounds have moved to the new location on Peterson Road, we no longer have a designated building / space like the Goat Pavilion for our Club activities. We will have to "create" our own meeting location in the Lake County Fairground parking lot like we did last year next to Melanie & Rick Feldges' camper where we will have our 2nd Annual Cheeseburgers in Paradise Party, Ugly Hawaiian Shirt Contest, and Specialty Raffles.
We WILL be hosting a Hospitality Brunch this year at the Libertyville Sports Complex near the grooming area. Word has it that a free shuttle will be provided between the Fairgrounds and the Libertyville Sports Complex, so it may make sense for KBTCC Members who are not showing to park at the Fairgrounds near Melanie & Rick Feldges' camper to first unload all food and raffle donations and then just take the shuttle to the show rings and take the shuttle back to the Fairgrounds for the Luncheon.

Below are links to each page of the KBTCC Specialty Show Flyer that was included as an advertisement in the USKBTC BluePrints magazine and will soon be mailed to all KBTCC Members as well as a link to a printable version of the Flyer in PDF format. The PDF version of the Flyer requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print. - Page 1 contains details about the NEW LOCATION for the KBTCC Specialty and GLATA Show, the dates and Judges of the Little Fort Kennel Club, KBTCC Specialty Show, and Chain O'Lakes Kennel Club shows as well as accomodations for travelers with a map of the nearby area. Additional information about the shows is presented in the Specialty Weekend Show Info section below.
- Page 2 contains information about the 2nd Annual Cheeseburger in Paradise Party (the KBTCC Specialty Luncheon) and Ugly Hawaiian Shirt Contest being host by Melanie & Rick Feldges and being held by the Feldges' camper in the parking lot of the Lake County Fairgrounds after Kerry judging is complete on Saturday.
- Page 3 contains information about our annual "$2.00 Big Raffle" that includes photos of the 1st and 2nd prizes.
- Page 4 contains the raffle tickets for our annual $2.00 "big" raffle. If you do not receive your flyer in the mail, it is recommended that you open the PDF version of (using the link below) that is printable. You can then print the raffle tickets from your computer and mail them to Laura.
In regards to the 2010 $2 Raffle please note the following:
- Raffle tickets are $2 each or 6 for $10
- The drawing will be held on Saturday, June 19th at the KBTCC Specialty 2nd Annual Cheesburger in Paradise Party at Rick Feldges' camper on the Lake County Fairgrounds, after judging has been completed

- Also, if you have any items to donate for the $1 raffle, please bring your donation items to a future Club Meeting or bring them on the day of the Specialty. The Little Fort Kennel Club of Waukegan show will be held on Friday, June 18th, 2010 at the Lake County Fairgrounds and it is a KBTCC Supported Entry). The Superintendent for the show is Roy Jones Dog Shows.

The Great Lakes All Terrier Association (GLATA) 5th Annual Terrier Group Specialty show will be held on Saturday, June 19th, 2010 at the Libertyville Sports Complex. The Superintendent for the show is Roy Jones Dog Shows.

This year the Lake County Fairgrounds will NOT be providing the food for our Specialty Luncheon. So two pieces of good news are that Rick Feldges has graciously volunteered to host the "2nd Annual Cheesburgers in Paradise Party and Ugly Hawaiian Shirt Contest" AND the Specialty Luncheon is FREE to Club Members this year!! Please see Page 2 of the Specialty Flyer in the KBTCC Specialty Show Flyer - Raffle Info section above for more details. PLEASE NOTE that we are still asking everyone to bring food and drink donations as we do every year - Melanie & Rick are providing the main dish (cheeseburgers, I assume...) and we will be providing the side dishes, beverages, and desserts.

| Hospitality Brunch |
The Club normally provides a Hospitality Brunch Saturday and Sunday morning to share with all Specialty attendees. The food and drink for the Hospitality Brunch is being supplied by Club Members.
Whether or not we will host the Hospitality Brunch and its location is still to be determined depending upon whether or not we will be allowed to set up our area somewhere at the Libertyville Sports Complex, whether it be in the parking lot or inside near the grooming areas.
